Fall: Saturday, September 29, 2012, 9:45am – 5:15pm, Camp St. Croix, Hudson, WI (Note: if taking the bus to Camp St. Croix, students must be dropped of at Mayflower Church, Mpls at 8:30am and picked up at 6:00pm)
Winter: Saturday, January 12, 2013, 9am-2pm, Hopkins High School

Description & Requirements
• GTCYS’ first full orchestra (strings, winds, brass and percussion)
• Typical grades: 5 – 9
• Focus on development of ensemble playing and listening skills
• New members generally have reading and playing experience through several sharps and flats
• New string members generally have some shifting experience
• Review audition requirements

From the south:
Drive north on Highway 100 to the 50th Street Exit. Take the 50th exit and turn right (east) on to 50th Street. Continue a few blocks and turn right (south) on to Wooddale Ave. Continue to Lexington Street. Turn right on to Lexington into the parking lot.
From the north:
Drive south on Highway 100 to the 50th Street Exit. Take the 50th exit and turn left (east) on to 50th Street. Continue a few blocks and turn right (south) on to Wooddale Ave. Continue to Lexington Street. Turn right on to Lexington into the parking lot.
From the east or west:
Take Highway 62 or 394 to Highway 100 and follow directions above.
Parking:
There is a large, free parking lot on the west side of the church by the main entrance.
