Do you want to keep playing your instrument in college? This class is a valuable opportunity for any students (and their parents) who are thinking ahead about the college experience. At this class, you can learn how to choose a college where you can pursue a music performance or education major, a music minor, explore other opportunities like arts administration and music therapy, or keep playing your instrument as an extracurricular activity. Ask a panel of college music experts how to choose a college, how to prepare an audition, how to leverage your music experience for scholarships, and what careers are available for musicians after college. Free and open to all GTCYS students and families.
