About the Instructor: Mary Brindle holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Music Education and has experience teaching privately during college and since 1991. She teaches in her home studio in Edina. For beginners, she start with the book selected by the student’s school. When the student is ready for more challenging study, she uses the Pottag-Hovey method, Kopprasch, Maxime Alphonse, and Gallay, as well as a variety of solo repertoire. She teaches students how to hear and sing pitch to establish confidence in their accuracy.

About the Instructor: Roger Snyder is currently accepting students. Roger is a retired high school/middle school band director and has taught private lessons since 1972. Roger studied French Horn with David Kamminga of the Minnesota Orchestra. His favorite form of performance has been in brass quintets which he has done for about 30 years. Roger is interested in students who are eager to learn.

About the Instructor: Heidi is a 20 year teaching veteran in the public schools as a band and orchestra teacher.  She is an avid horn player, on the board of the Twin Cities Horn Club, and performs with the Northern Symphony Orchestra on 4th Horn and subs regularly with the Lake Wobegon Brass Band and the Encore Wind Ensemble.  Heidi has coached many horn sections for the MMEA All State Bands and the MBDA honor bands.
